All order information is processed through our secure servers. When you begin the Checkout process, you will see a small lock in the left hand corner of your browser, and also see an "https://" in the Web address. Both of these icons signify that you have been transferred to our secure server. Your information is encrypted before being transmitted, and you need not be concerned about someone accessing your credit card information.

If you prefer not to use your credit card number online, please call us toll free at 1-866-803-4842. You will be asked to leave a message. Please speak clearly and leave your name and phone number, as well as the time zone in which you live or other information regarding an appropriate time to call you. (We don't want to call too early or too late!) We will return your call and take your order as soon as possible, usually by the next business day.

Please be assured that any information you share will not be used outside of our company. We value your privacy and do not share or sell your information to other companies or individuals.

Please note: we utilize a message only phone system; please understand that we shall attempt to return your call as soon as possible. If calling about an order, please include the order number in your message. For prompter service, contacting us by email is encouraged.

Colorado Orders
All Colorado residents must add 5% sales tax to their orders.

United States Orders
We ship ONLY within the United States, it's territories, APO and FPO addresses. We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS), and you may choose from their Priority Mail delivery, which will take 3-5 business days ($6.95), or Express Mail delivery which will take 2-3 business days ($34.95).

Shipping Information and Processing Information

All orders are subject to a processing fee:

- orders of $150.00 and under: $1.95

- orders of $151.00-$250.00: $3.95

- orders of $251.00-$500.00: $5.95

- orders over $500.00: $7.95

Processing fees are not refundable.

All orders placed are generally shipped the next business day, with the exception of holidays and during times of greatly increased volume, such as our site-wide sales. If a product is temporarily out-of-stock, we will also notify you by email, and then ship your product as soon as possible after it is received in stock. Please allow extra time for holiday shipping, due to heavier than normal mail volumes.

You will receive a tracking number from the USPS via email when your order is ready to ship.
Please be aware that this email can at times be delivered to your junk folder, so please check there for the tracking number.

Return Policy
We want you to be delighted with your products. If you are not completely satisfied with our dermalogica products, you may return them to us. Please send the package securely wrapped and pre-paid (we do not accept C.O.D. mail or shipping due) to:

Please return items within 30 days. The cost of the items (including tax, if any, but not including shipping charges) returned will be promptly credited to your bankcard. We ask that you return products with the invoice when possible.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns of glomineral products.
